• Ceremony & Ritual: Rooting in sacred traditions, funeral rites, and rebirth ceremonies.

• Death & Rebirth: Shedding old skins, letting go, and emerging renewed.

• Team Exercises: Collaborative experiences designed to build trust, cooperation, and reflection.

• Vocal & Movement Expression: Releasing through sound, movement, and breathwork.

• Banquets & Communal Feasts: Sharing nourishment as a community ritual.
